Continuing from our previous interview on Green Finance,, I will be joined once again by Ann Kayman, Founder and CEO of the New York Grant Company. and a Partner at of NYG Green Partners, LLC. Before starting her own company, Ann served in the Giuliani and Bloomberg Administrations as Chief of Business Development for the City of New York as Senior Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Voted 2009 Enterprising Woman of the Year, she has 14 years experience in economic development and 27 years experience as a lawyer, withexpertise in commercial leasing, tax, statutory andregulatory compliance, and the administrative process. Ms. Kayman serves on the Boards of Directors of theManhattan Chamber of Commerce, the IntelligentCommunities Association, and Envirolution.org. Sheis also Co-Chair of the Manhattan Chambers GreenFinance Subcommittee and serves as an activeadvocate and spokesperson for many local causes. Ann earned her BA magna cum laude from BarnardCollege of Columbia University, and her JD cum laudefrom Case Western Reserve.
